A Birthday Card from Samuel

Yesterday I received the sweetest birthday card from little Samuel. This is what it said:
Mom,
I know we don't talk much, mainly because I can't yet, but I want you to know that I love you very much. I haven't met all the moms in the world, but I'm sure you're the best, or at least top ten. You're great at making me laugh and helping me feel better when I'm sad. I can't wait until I'm bigger, and I can make you birthday presents from macaroni noodles, construction paper, and little glittery things. Well, dad needs my help cleaning the garage so I should go. I love you and I hope you have a great birthday!
Love,
Samuel
P.S. Isn't it weird how much my handwriting looks like Dad's?! Genetics are neat!

Lindstams,
I am so glad I checked out your blogspot. Especially with your little Samuel growing so fast! Now I don't have to feel like I'm missing out on his baby days. That was so sweet of Sam to send his mommy a birthday card! (What a writer!) Keep the cute pics coming!
Love,
Amy

Kristin,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY (3 days late!) You've got a very special family and your son is already proving himself to be just as thoughtful as his mom.
Love the blog!
